B
Baba
Baba is Master Roshi's older sister and a fortune teller. She has a fortune-telling business and charges money to have someone's fortune told. There is also other way to get her to tell your fortune, and that is to beat all five of her fighters. Baba can also ressurect the dead for one day, in which she does so with Grandpa Gohan. Later in the series, when Goku had been killed, she ressurected him so he could compete in the Kai Tournament. Baba can also do all sorts of magic, and is one of the very few characters with a psychic ability.
Babi-di
Babi-di is the son of Bibi-di, the creator of Majin Buu. Babi-di was a little yet evil magician like his father who resurrects Majin Buu and planned to destroy the Earth with Buu as his power was unleashed. Majin Buu and Babi-di were getting along with each other until Buu decided he was bored of taking orders from Babi-di and killed him.
Bardock
Bardock is Goku's father(not Gohan's son because he is a Saiyan) and one Frieza's Saiyan warriors. He had the ability to see the future and foresaw the destruction of planet Vegeta and the Saiyan race. Bardock tried to stop Frieza, but was killed in the battle.
Bojack
Bojack is a main villain from one of the Dragonball Z movies. Bojack was a planet conqueror and landed on earth to try and take over the planet. He wrecked a Kai Tournament and defeated many of the Z Fighters. Gohan had been beaten up by Bojack, but after some strict advice from his father, Gohan eventually kills Bojack.
Bra
Bra is the daughter of Vegeta and Bulma and Trunks' little sister. Like Marron and Pan, she plays a very minor role in the series and doesn't say or do much at all. She is 4 when Dragonball Z ends, and 13 when Dragonball GT starts.
Dr. Briefs
Dr. Briefs is Bulma's father and a fairly minor character in the Dragonball Z series. I'm not sure when he makes his first appearance, but like Bulma, he is a mechanical expert and can repair electronic equipment like the space pod Goku used as a transport to Nameck and helping Bulma to repair Android #16 when Cell damaged him.
Broli
Broli is the movie legendary Super Saiyan (yes, Goku is the one in the series. movies have nothing to do with the series) who was supposedly send to execution by Kind Vegeta but survived and truned to evil. Broli was born on the same day as Goku and lands on Earth to destroy Goku and the Z Fighters. Broli could aslo turn Super Saiyan like Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, and Trunks, and because he was an already powerful Saiyan, Broli was more powerful than ever. He is eventually killed by the combined strength of Goku, Gohan, and Goten. Later, Broli's DNA created his clone, which was unleashed and called Bio-Broli. Mr. Satan, #18, Goten, and Trunks were there when he broke out and attempted to stop the more powerful Broli clone. Bio-Broli is eventually killed in the laboratory by hardening in water.
Bubbles
Bubbles is King Kai's little monkey that he keeps at his little planet. Bubbles is the first part of King Kai's training, where trainees must be able to catch Bubbles. Bubbles is not an important character and is just tree hanging around King Kai's planet as a pet.
